General Terms of E-content

Buyer is the party that is registered buyer on account. The buyer must be financially authorized to trade on the seller's web pages.

The following terms apply to the seller's and buyer's business as well as the use of webshops on the seller's web pages. The terms define the rights and obligations of the seller on the one hand and the buyer on the other. When special provisions of these terms are released, the transaction applies to the Consumer Acquisition Act no. 48/2003 and, where applicable, the law on furniture and distance contracts no. 46/2000 and the Procurement Act No. 42/2000.

The seller sells electronic books in PDF format (for example, the Acrobat Reader program can read. The application can be downloaded from the Adobe website. ) The seller does not warrant that all devices can read PDF files or provide a program to read the electronic book.

1. Reservation

Once a buyer has confirmed an order on the seller's web site, it is considered to be binding between the parties. The seller sends the order confirmation to the buyer as soon as an order is registered, provided that the buyer has correctly given his / her email address. The buyer is advised to check specifically whether the order confirmation is received from the seller in accordance with his order.

2. Product Information

The seller provides information on products to the best of their knowledge. Seller disclose all information subject to errors, viruses, impression and typing errors in text and / or images.

The seller reserves the right to cancel, in whole or in part, the order of the buyer if the product is sold out.

3. Price

The seller reserves the right to change the price of the product without notice. The price is stated on the buyer's order confirmation each time.

4. Payment

The buyer can make payment by debit card. At the same time, the buyer is offered to borrow for the purchase price, see further terms of loan from the seller. If you pay a debit card, the amount will be charged on delivery.

5. Delivery of goods

The seller seeks to deliver a product as soon as payment is received.

6. Receive product

Upon receipt of a product, the buyer shall check immediately and within a reasonable time limit whether the item is invalid, in accordance with the order confirmation and the product description.

Customer's normal observation period is considered to be within 30 days.

7. Failure

If a product is defective or missing the product, the seller is obliged to offer the buyer a remedy, new product, discount or withdrawal purchase. Depending on the case, the route is chosen at any given time.

Notification of defects must be received orally or in writing.
